The Odessa conference held on 20 November was attended by more than 100 participants from the region with a common interest in energy efficiency and UKEEP. Journalists from television channels and newspapers were there to report from the event.
The conference in Odessa organized by UKEEP drew a full house of participants from the region. Mr. Olexander A. Prokopenko, Executive Secretary of the City Council, gave a welcoming speech to the participants. The topics covered by the speakers included the benefits of energy efficiency, examples of investments, carbon financing, the local view on energy efficiency and renewable energy, as well as information regarding the UKEEP loan facility - how to apply and receive loan financing for projects. The conference was concluded with a buffet lunch served in the beautiful restaurant of Arcadia Plaza Hotel. Below the presentations are available for download.
